Refund & Return Policy

At Petal Path, we strive for excellence in every detail. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds to ensure a transparent experience for our customers.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@petalpath.com.co. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with specific instructions and a return shipping address.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Custom products: Personalized items or special orders.
- Sale items: Items purchased during a clearance or using a gift card.
6. UK & EU Cooling-Off Period
For residents of the UK and European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet all eligibility criteria (unused and in original packaging).
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@petalpath.com.co.
